Long road journeys and hill routes may require operational changes. Final instructions from the tour manager and driver should be followed for comfort and safety.
AC may be switched off while the bus is stationary or temporarily on steep hill/ghat sections.
If AC stops because of a mechanical fault, the brochure states that separate refund/compensation is normally not payable.
Extreme summer temperatures around 45°C or above can reduce cooling performance.
Passengers should follow driver and tour-manager guidance on hill and ghat roads.
